I had the privilege of writing the Far Cry 4 Official Strategy Guide, a massive, 300-page tome that both celebrated and meticulously dissected a very ambitious (and as it turned out, successful) videogame. For the back-of-the-book promotional text, I wanted to create copy that didn't just sell the book, but also got the player excited for the game and even offered a bit of entertainment value of its own.
