When one of the largest industrial gas suppliers in Europe purchased an existing North American operation, the folks at this newly created US division needed a whole new website. They also needed it fast—launching the site by a certain date was a regulatory requirement of the multi-gazillion-dollar deal.

 

I was asked to take the verbose, highly technical source material and create site pages that were lightweight and approachable, yet still informative, and that pulled the customer deeper into the site while also conveying the family-first, service-oriented values of the new parent company.

So I did that. This project is still ongoing (though we did meet our required deadline), and although I can't take credit for the fantastic layouts, I've written almost all the words on the site thus far. It's been a pleasure.
